What time should I arrive for my booking?
We ask that customers arrive 5 minutes before their booking slot to ensure they don’t miss the experience. The Trafford Centre can be very busy at Christmas so make sure to leave plenty of time to park and travel into the Trafford Centre to arrive at The Grotto for your booking slot time.
How can I add more people to my booking slot?
For assistance, please email [email protected] (max. 5 people per booking slot). Please quote your booking reference and full name with your enquiry. Bookings are non-refundable.
Can I change my booking to another booking slot?
We cannot guarantee the availability to move bookings however we will do our best to accommodate all requests. Please note bookings are non-refundable. Please email [email protected] and quote your booking reference and full name with your enquiry.
